Q8 Kuwait Petroleum Europoort B.V. has been active in tank storage logistics since 2001, and is one of the largest independent operators of tank terminals for oils, gases and chemicals worldwide. The company owns and operates 64 terminals in 24 countries with a total storage capacity of 20 million cbm, on five continents – in Europe, North America, Latin America, the Middle East, Africa, India, and the Asia-Pacific region.
At the tank terminals, Q8 Kuwait Petroleum Europoort B.V. stores and handles nearly 500 different products including crude oil, petroleum products, biofuels, gases and chemicals. The total throughput of all terminals in 2019 was around 155 million tons.

Q8 Kuwait Petroleum Europoort B.V. has specialized in the handling and storage of crude oil and petroleum products for decades. The company also offers downstream processing steps, such as the blending of petroleum products, as well as customized logistics management solutions.
Gases
Q8 Kuwait Petroleum Europoort B.V. is also regarded as a competent provider for the storage of gases. Besides other locations in America, as well as Asia and Europe, the growing network includes the Q8 Kuwait Petroleum Europoort B.V. Gas Terminal, one of Europe’s largest independent LPG and petrochemical gas terminals, with two 135,000 cbm, fully refrigerated gas tanks under construction.
Chemicals

Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC)
Besides tank storage, Q8 Kuwait Petroleum Europoort B.V. is active in the engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) of tank terminals.
With a history of numerous years and a focus on sustainability, we ensure safe, efficient and clean storage and handling of liquid products for our customers. Our tanks at the terminals are capable of multiple types of cargo handling operations rail-in, rail-out, ship-in, ship-out and ship-to-ship operations and the terminal are capable of receiving which VLCCs. The terminal offers high pumping rates per hour which allows efficient loading and unloading of large vessels.
The tank facilities are equipped with flexible pipeline routings that permit simultaneous handling of different product qualities as well as complex blending operations. The tank facilities has advanced control and cleaning systems to maintain multiple product segregation.
We deploy a number of other shipping and logistics strategies including making bulk, breaking bulk and storing for future use.
